Public confidence & patronage …

Get the confidence of the public and you will have no difficulty getting their patronage. Inspire your whole force with the right spirit of service; encourage every sign of the true spirit. So display and advertise wares that customers shall buy with understanding. Treat them as guests when they come and when they go, whether or not they buy. Give them all that can be given fairly, on the principle that to him that giveth shall be given. Remember always that the recollection of quality remains long after the price is forgotten. Then your business will prosper by a natural process.

Businesses or providing customer services are all alike. My kachang puteh friend is computer illiterate and dun know how to E file. The first tax officer impressed him and even teach him how to drag the icon on his laptop. My friend Sompah to himself that he will vote for the Garmen with this type of understanding officer even if he is punish for late submission.
He went to the second one who is about 20 plus years old .Not only he was threaten with fines for late submission,he was ask repeatedly whether he want to give feedback meaning complain when he just want to explain his difficulty in getting help for filling and had visited there personally before.
Till now, my friend was thankful and keep boasting about the attitude and the good impression of the first officer who attended to him.

You just strike the right chord – shopping paradises!!! A place to go for any reason and for any season!

In a serious note, we are talking about “leadership” in the context. In an organization, leaders are responsible for performance and growth for the team, both corporately and individually. Leaders are the drivers of providing the vision, direction, and coaching necessary to achieve success.

Lo and behold, the term “boss” is not used at all. Do you know why?
    Selfridge explained:
The boss drives other people whereas the leader coaches them.
The boss depends on authority; the leader on good will.
The boss inspires fear; the leader inspires enthusiasm.
The boss says, “I” whereas the leader, “We”.
The boss fixes the blame for the breakdown; the leader fixes the breakdown.
The boss knows how it is done; the leader shows how.
The boss says, “Go!” whereas the leader says, “Shall we proceed?”

In essence, the NDP theme song “What do you see?” for you to answer. Please choose the below following:
    1. Boss
    2. Leader
